On Friday, boys and girls from St. Matthew’s took part in the Cross Country Longford Finals at Moyne Community College. It was a fantastic event and everyone ran their hearts out for their school. Big congratulations to Lucy Anne (2nd), Harry (5th) and Michael (9th), who all finished in the top 12 to qualify for the Connacht Finals in Loughrea in a few weeks time!!! Absolutely fantastic achievement from you all!!
Thanks again to all the children and parents who took part in this special day. Big thank you to Derek too for his time and dedication in helping in the training and preparation.
