As part of our Blue Star programme, we enjoyed an EU inspired Food Fair today. The children got the chance to taste some sweet and savoury foods from all over Europe. Some of items on the menu included olives, breadsticks and cheese from Italy, serrano ham from Spain, croissants from France, halva from Greece, homemade apple cake from Poland, plus lots more! A massive thank you to all the mammies and daddies who contributed some of the dishes. They went down a treat! 4th Class (Ms. Carroll)
