Last week, our two 4th classes got to experience a Famine Workshop in association with The National Famine Museum. Having learned all about the famine in history, the boys and girls got to experience what life would have been like for a family during this time. They learned all about The Famine Way and the Tighe family, in particular Daniel, as they retraced his steps during the time of the famine. Well done boys and girls!
