There was great excitement all around St. Matthew’s last week as we celebrated World Book Day! In Mr. Ward's 4th class, the children engaged in paired reading with Ms. Murray's 3rd class children. All of the children learned so much from eachother and had great fun listening to one another reading out loud! On Thursday the children all dressed up as their favourite literacy characters, ranging from Diary of a Wimpy Kid to Granuaille! The children also had fun creating their own book marks! Well done to all involved celebrating this fun filled day! 👍👏👌📙📘📗📖📕📔
